Universal Energy Collection
Karma, intuition, astrology, tarot, divination... I've always been attracted to the metaphysical world -- to existing, unseen energy that can explain our feelings or moods. ​

In this collection, I'm starting with the four elements -- Fire, Water, Earth, Air -- and with the zodiac signs belonging to each of these.

Musicians & Music Collection
Music has played a big role in my life. After I completed my BFA in Music at Concordia University (in Montreal, Quebec), I spent about five years performing as a jazz vocalist with my band at the time. I had the opportunity to play with some top-notch musicians, to whom I'm extremely grateful; I learned so much!

This collection is a tribute to all the amazing jazz and other musicians who constantly change the world with their music.

The Smoking Series
Smoking made its first screen appearance in the 1940s and has been present in movies for the last 80 years; it even made its way into the early animated movies. And musicians smoking on stage is an age-old cliché.
These paintings are an ode to the romanticism of smoking in the old black-and-whites.
I don't condone smoking but I do enjoy painting it.
Spirit Animals
"The ancient concept of animal guides, particularly prominent in some indigenous, especially Native American, religions and cultures, was adopted in Pagan and Wiccan spirituality in the 1990s. In these contexts, spirit animals are meant literally, referring to spiritual guides or totems that take the form of animals."

Other definitions are sometimes implied when discussing a spirit animal. For example, the definition of a "power animal" - a New Age, neoshamanic belief of a spirit that helps an individual. This is probably the commonly understood meaning of spirit animal.
Also, the definition of "spirit guide" is often understood when discussing a spirit animal - a spiritual entity that acts as a guide or protector to a human being.
